Annabelle Fisher
Annabelle Fisher is the Training Coordinator at CEP-Va. She earned her bachelor's degree in public policy with a second major in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During her time at Carolina, she worked at the Community Empowerment Fund and the Compass Center to advocate alongside people navigating housing instability and domestic violence. She also conducted research for the Coastal Resilience Center on climate disaster impacts on freedom towns. Prior to joining CEP-Va, Annabelle worked as a Client Advocate with Partners for Justice at the Chesterfield Public Defender's Office, where she managed resource referrals and comprehensive release planning for people impacted by the criminal-legal system. Through this work, she developed a passion for increasing access to evidence-based programs across the state.
